We live by these Detox waters in my house, we drink these daily and when we don't we definitely feel the difference. There's no fancy recipe to these you can use as many herbs, vegetables or fruits as you like and have fun with it! I listed some of our favorites down below with some of their benefits. Enjoy!

Lemons- Full of nutrients that can help prevent and fight diseases. Vitamins A, C, copper, calcium, iron and magnesium are just a few. Lemons are known to reduce fever, treat colds and help prevent the formation of kidney stones. Not only is lemon water good for quenching your thirst they even suppress appetite. They are great for removing toxins in the body.

Limes- High in Vitamin C and antioxidants, they help boost your immune system and may reduce several heart disease risk factors. Limes help promote healthy skin and may prevent kidney stones.

Cucumbers- Contain antioxidants and micro nutrients that help keep your blood pressure in check. They also help keep your digestion going strong, most of the calories in cucumbers come from fiber which help improve gut help.

Mints- It's an anti-inflammatory that helps with chronic inflammation it also contains Vitamin A which helps protect your cells from damage, helping reduce your risk of heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers

Oranges- High in Vitamin C which help support immune functions, helps produce collagen, reduce inflammation, and boost the body's ability to use fat as a fuel source. Potassium and folate are also found in oranges. Potassium supports heart function. Folate supports the brain and nervous system which may help protect against depression and memory problems.
