Top Five Designs Studio launched in Gastonia, North Carolina in 2019. Juli is the owner and lead designer who is passionate and driven in every aspect of designing. Juli is dedicated to providing high quality, upscale personalized 3D rendering and interior designs.
Juli was born in New Jersey where she worked as a Medical Assistant. She moved to The Carolinas in 2016 in hopes to pursue her dreams as a successful entrepreneur. Since then she has successfully operated an Event planning company and Restaurant in Gastonia.
She began her Journey in designing when she met Domenic, Owner of Balboa Investments, LLC. Together they have dominated the real estate market in Gaston County and surrounding areas.
